Bar Review


In the United States each state licenses the attorneys that practice within that state. Individual states have bar exams which prospective attorneys must pass to practice law within that state. (There are certain conditions under which attorneys licensed to practice in one state may be allowed to waive in to another state and practice law without taking the bar exam in the second state.)

There are various organizations that assist prospective lawyers prepare for the bar exam of the state in which they hope to practice law. These tests are referred to as bar reviews.
